Classification: Systems Administrator

Compensation: $35.62 to $41.25 per hour

Robert Half Technology is actively recruiting for a Salesforce Administrator position for our client in Seattle. Salesforce development skills are helpful and highly desired.Description:Under the direction of the sales manager, you will be working on creating and changing workflows to new products that will be integrating into sales force, creating changes and administrative layouts, and third party integration. Primary focus will be on changing internal systematic processes, as well as customizing other aspects of the platform on a circumstantial basis. Responsibilities include: Coordinate workflow and lead integration with MarketingSetup initial lead flow Partner with Marketing employees regarding lead reportsWork closely to manage external and internal tool sets (Omniture, Vtrendz, NetSuite, PG Intranet, etcAdd new usersCreate reports per requests of Marketing, Finance, IT and SalesConceptualize workflows based on the teams using the system. Implement with manager inputOrganize and create new fields based on departmental requestsWork with IT and external vendors to improve the systemCoordinate with both the IT and Sales Operations teams to ensure product usability and client satisfaction.Work with IT Ops during system outages/upgradesCoordinate efforts with Tech Support to maximize efficiency

Job Requirements

Candidates will be considered with a background in Salesforce administration or development, and the job duties may be reevaluated in accordance with experience.
