We are currently seeking a large, dynamic Sr. Manager to join our growing Center for Excellence in Hiring business unit. This position will strategically lead and support both network wide and global staffing, selection assessment implementations and systems analytics initiatives. This person will have responsibility for managing Amazons ever growing network wide hourly staffing platform. As well as assist our network in developing and integrating innovative technology solutions and selection mechanisms to support our high volume hiring requirements while protecting our culture. This role will report to the HR Director of Staffing. While location is somewhat flexible, the preference would be to reside in our Seattle campus.

Key Responsibilities: To continue developing a scalable, high volume hiring solution and platform including an ongoing support structure that will enable the growth of Amazons business, ensuring quality of candidate, preserving our culture, and protecting the candidate and customer experience.
Responsible for the continued development and project management of our high volume hiring technology framework and system integrations.
This role will support hourly staffing requirements for our North American Fulfillment operations, ensuring standardized, scalable and sustainable processes.
To prepare and execute both a short term and long term high volume hiring and labor planning strategy working with senior leaders in cross functional business units to meet our aggressive staffing needs and meet our customer service commitments.
Provide and develop high volume hiring analytics and reporting solutions to include key business metrics to drive decisions both at the Network and Site levels.
Continue to grow and develop direct reports to ensure career progression, development of bench strength and succession planning strategies.
Teach and organically grow staffing and systems expertise as core competencies, both within our current North American Fulfillment Operations and globally, as we expand our subject matter expertise and platform.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business, HR, Finance or related field
5+ years of related experience
Experience in leading and influencing teams across multiple locations or countries
Able to travel approximately 50% of the time
Strong Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel and other data bases and systems
Previous large scale project management and planning skills associated with Recruiting Technology Solutions/System Integrations
Excellent analytical skill set and communications skills
Results orientated with the ability to manage competing priorities in a high volume hiring environment
Previous experience writing and presenting formal business whitepapers and presentations to a diverse audience of senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree in business, HR, Finance, or related field
Experience implementing Network-wide and global strategies.
Understanding of legislation relevant to employment laws and regulations
Previous experience with remote or virtual team members and direct reports
