Site Technician at Seattle

Job Description

A local organization is currently seeking a Site Technician in Seattle for a long-term temporary opportunity. Ideal candidate will have the experience working in a laboratory setting with glassware washers, autoclaves and dehydrogenation ovens. Knowledge of good documentation cGMP is preferred but not required. If you meet the qualifications listed below Apply Now!! Responsibilities: Daily pickup of utilized glassware from labs, wash, sterilize, and redistribute to satellite storage areas Operation of glassware washers, autoclaves, and dehydrogenation ovens Maintain good house keeping Interact daily with scientific staff Reporting metrics to management Provide glass washing and sterilization services maintaining a constant supply of clean and sterile lab glass Maintain glassware processing schedules and flexible to fast paced changing priorities Perform inspection of glassware for cracks, breaks, and scratches contacting the Supervisor/Manager/Team Lead with all pertinent information for replacement Maintain inventory of glassware in locations throughout the facility Maintain required supplies for glassware washing and sterilization operations Follow all SOP guidelines as required

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: Must possess a High School Diploma and preferably an Associates degree at minimum. Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively 0 to 3 years of progressive relevant experience preferred. Experience in laboratory setting or services preferred; experience in GLP/GMP environment preferred Proven excellence in customer service skills.
