Yoh has a contract to hire opportunity for a Business Intelligence Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our client in Bothell, WA.

Job Overview:

Business Intelligence Infrastructure Support Specialist whom is familiar with Informatica/EDW and can work in a fast paced Non-Production environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and code deployments/promotions for Business Intelligence Applications Provide senior level technical support for related project activities
• Build and modify systems to meet project and user requirements
• Handle escalated issues and provide synopsis/root causes
• Participate in design reviews, project meetings, and stack sessions
• Support for the following BI Applications: Informatica, EDW, SmartMart, Business Objects, Report Info, SAP-BW and more
• Participate in 24 x 7 on call support as part of a scheduled rotation with other team members.

Job Qualifications:

• Three to five (3-5) years of experience in Application Support in BI or comparable systems
• Three (3) plus years telecommunication industry experience preferred, preferably in infrastructure and/or billing
• Resources must have experience withTeradata, Oracle or SQL server based applications we currently support.
• SQL Server, Microsoft Server, UNIX, and Oracle experience is a must
• Proficiency with process building and tools/scripting
• Display strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Must be self-motivated and able to meet objectives with little or no direct supervision Preferences:
• Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
• Programming Languages: SQL, UNIX Shell Scripting, HTML, PERL, PHP, .NET Vocational Training: A degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
