From your home office you will:
- Develop sales strategies to grow existing business and secure new business
- Identify prospects and generate new accounts
- Understand and identify client’s business needs and provide solutions that meet those needs
- Identify and place top talent on behalf of our clients
- Act as primary interface between Essential Data and your clients on all matters including contract negotiation, account performance, delivery, and billing.
- Develop professional relationships with hiring managers in your territory
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years prior experience as an Account Executive or Account Manager in a staffing environment
- A proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Solid understanding of the staffing business, sales and recruitment processes
- Extensive experience in developing sales strategies
- Strong negotiating skills, closing techniques and the ability to appropriately price proposals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - must be confident communicating with c-level executives.
- An entrepreneurial mind-set and strong business acumen.
