Escrow Closer at Kennewick

We are a relatively new Title and Escrow company in the area. We have a strong market share and loyal client base, and focus heavily on exceptional customer service. We are seeking a highly motivated Escrow Closer to join our team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Accurately close residential escrows. May be called upon to prepare closing escrows of a more complicated and higher liability nature, such as commercial escrows.

2. Maintain regular and loyal clientele.

3. Prepare preprinted documents, closing statements and escrow instructions, presents to buyers and sellers at closing and coordinates timing of closing, recording, disbursement of funds and issuance of title insurance policy.

4. Insure that all terms and conditions of the purchase and sale agreement are complied with.

5. Communicate accurately, timely, and effectively with all parties involved in the transaction.

6. Responsible for obtaining necessary instruments and demands to clear title for closing.

7. May contact brokers, real estate agents, builders, attorneys, lenders and other customers to solicit business and ascertain the individual service needs to the customer through excellent communication skills.

8. Occasionally participate in industry related functions, during and after normal business hours.

9. Perform notary duties following the National Notary Association guidelines.

10. May participate in and assist Marketing Director with new agent training, prospect calling, and client maintenance.
