Job Description
Position Responsibilities include but not limited to:Lead in the creation of clear problem statements associated with current practices and organizational ineffectivenessDevelop clear vision and scope statements that will guide the roadmap for improvement initiativesLead in the identification of organizational alignment and culture change required to advance improvement effortsDevelop an overall roadmap depicting all efforts required to achieve improvementsCreate project plans, resource strategies and develop funding estimates required to advance each defined effortFacilitate meetings between a variety of departments and craftsDefine assessment approach and deliverablesSet the project up for success by identifying and securing necessary subject matter experts needed during the projectLead the creation and documentation of revised processes and roles Facilitate communications with sponsors and stakeholdersMaintain consistent communication with the project sponsor, performance managers, and clients on the progress of the project versus the plan.Communicate regularly with executive sponsors, key stakeholders, strategic partners, and Tier II managers across the agency independently and in team meetings.Lead and/or support the following functions:oWritten and Verbal Sponsor and Stakeholder Communication; oProject Team Coordination; including milestone management and communication of deliverables oManage issues and risks identified within the project as well as IPPI integrated dependencies and the issues and risk associated with those assumptions. oCoordination with the IPPI Program Enterprise Architect to include business and data requirements to support business intelligence requirements and common information model needs. oTeam Meeting Management; and Sponsor Meeting Management.Additional Responsibilities and Deliverables include:Scope Definition and Management;Business Requirements and Needs Analysis from various stakeholder perspectives;Process and System Design requirements;Gap Analysis from the ?as is? to the ?to be? state;Implement Organizational Design and Change Management requirements as developed within the IPPI program;Implementation Planning including optimizing milestones and building upon successes; Integration Architecture Design; and End User Training We are an equal employment opportunity employer.Job Requirements
