Perfect opportunity for an experienced Project Manager in Vancouver, WA.

This Project Manager will lead development of integrated project tracking, all project documentation, and Land Acquisition support systems for several hundred active projects from initial request to completion and close-out. This individual will coordinate with other project managers and software engineers in the host organization, and all disciplines throughout Transmission Services, Environmental and Legal organizations.

Position will be responsible for all Real Property Services internal and external deliverables throughout the life of the project including but not limited to:
? Land Rights Reviews and Analyses,
? Permission to Enter Property (PEP) documents,
? Location Line (L-Line) Reports, Land Acquisition Request (LAR) documents and land acquisition document assemblies.
? Appraisals
? Final land acquisition documents

All candidates must have a Bachelor?s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Engineering, Organizational Development or related field along with 7-9 years demonstrated Project Management experience to apply. PMP certification is also required, (if not already completed, proof that it will be done within 6 months is required).

Position requires proven proficiency with MS Access, MS SharePoint, MS Project and Visio flowcharts to apply. Proficiency using Visual Studio and/or SQL Server reporting is highly desirable.
