We are currently looking for an experienced sales professional to help run our Tacoma, WA office as a Recruiting and Retention Specialist (RRS). The RRS will bea part of the local management team and will be one of the main persons in charge of executing the companys corporate mission and sales goals. This person will be responsible for assisting with managing all aspects of the Tacoma market to include recruiting, retention, customer relations, sales development, training, and growing an effective and efficient sales force. The primary role of the RRS is to build and develop a successful office through the following:

• Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new sales representatives
• Retaining new sales recruits through training and mentoring

Job Requirements

• Possesses a successful track record in sales
• Commission only experience preferred, not required
• Strong communication, social skills
• Outgoing personality, high energy
• Detail oriented
• Excellent time management/planning skills
• Strong presentation/training skills
