CLINICAL LIAISON - RN

Life Care Centers of America facilities in the Kirkland, Washington area

Full-time position available. (EOE/M/F/V/D)

REQUIREMENTS

A currently licensed RN with clinical background is required. Long-term care experience is highly recommended. Qualified candidate will be responsible for managing referrals, accurately assessing hospital patients for skilled nursing facility admission and maintaining relationships and communication with assigned hospital accounts and our Life Care facilities within the area. Candidate is responsible for making sales calls to hospital case managers, physicians and other hospital personnel. A familiarity and good rapport with the health care community is essential. Knowledge of PASSR, Medicare, Medicaid and managed care is highly recommended.
