This is an opportunity to put your unique stamp on our growing organization!  European Soaps, a local distributor of luxurious bath and body products from around the globe is looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead our strong team.  Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, the Warehouse Manager will plan and direct work flow in a fast paced work environment, with 700 sku’s.  You will be the key to processing and shipping our daily outbound orders, inbound receiving, and plan for the volume on the way.  Our 35 year old company is changing and growing, and your skill, experience and enthusiasm will be integral to planning and mapping out processes that contribute to the current and future success of our business.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and shipping distribution operations to ensure quality, delivery and budget objectives are met
• Coordinate and monitor pick, pack and ship fulfillment daily. Review all fulfillment transactions daily/weekly/monthly.
• Coordinate and monitor production assembly and bottling operations to ensure product availability for order processing.
• Keep stock control systems up to date and plan future capacity requirements
• Assures company complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements
• Create and maintain a safe work environment
• Control inventory levels based on objective data 
• Maintain physical condition of warehouse including planned maintenance on machinery and equipment
• Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Communicate with internal and external customers on a regular basis to ensure department information is up to date
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge to stay up on latest trends and technology
• Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork to ensure set productivity targets are met
