Training Specialist at Spokane

Job Description

The Training Specialist will manage the process for the training lifecycle, from initial analysis through delivery and evaluation. Design and develop blended learning solutions. This will include classroom, web-based and self-paced on-line virtual learning. Generate course material such as reference guides, job aids, and presentations for complex projects and strategic initiatives.Develop computer-based training that organizes and communicates technical subject matter and business processes. Develop programs to accommodate user needs and existing hardware. Partner with other training team members to review/update the design of training programs. Evaluate classroom based trainings and other programs to ensure compliance with standards. Use consistent terminology to describe proprietary features. Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for classroom and distance learning solutions.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelors degree in Training & Development or Organizational Design/Development strongly preferred. Masters degree desirable. Experience: Three to five years of instructional design and curriculum development, training facilitation, successful project management, or related preferred. Certification/Licensure: Adult learning certification preferred. Clinical certifications (MA, RN, LPN etc.) a must.
