SQL Developer at Seattle

Job Classification: Contract Looking for a SQL Developer to join the IT Technical Applications team in supporting various SQL applications at our client. The role will provide technical support during project development as well as post implementation production support by providing technical expertise in evaluating, developing, deploying, monitoring, and supporting systems and procedures that are cost effective, efficient and improve the quality of the data our business relies on.Responsibilities: Responsible for upholding our clients Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies.Analyze complex project requirements participate in the design of solutions within SQL Applications heterogeneous database environments. Plan for impact on other systems affected by the proposed changes. Create detailed technical specificationsDevelop code, unit test and support integration testingConduct peer, contractor and junior technical consultant code and documentation reviews.Formulate work plans for building to project specifications. Provide for multiple resources coding on same project. Perform configuration, integration and coding per specifications and according to F5 standards. Alter programs to increase efficiency; rewrite to remove errors or adapt to new requirements. Install or create and use software to monitor performance after system implementation. Conduct analysis of enterprise-wide software applications and fix problems that occur Document code and tools developed.
