Are you looking for an opportunity to combine your customer services skills and love of all things internet/technical with a great company that will provide you with the training? If so, CORESTAFF Services seeks experienced, flexible, and motivated Customer Care Representatives for a prestigious technical company in Kirkland. This is a long term, temp-to-hire opportunity! Beginning pay would be $15/hour.

Your responsibilities would include but not be limited to:

• Promptly delivering first line response and account assistance via incoming phone calls and email
• Providing the highest level of customer service to contribute to client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Gaining client trust and confidence through stellar customer service
• Technical troubleshooting will include a variety of issues with pop3 email, website hosting, and name servers.
• Client Care duties involve accounting discrepancies, renewal issues, who is updates, domain management, client complaints, reseller services, transfer questions, social networking issues, monetization queries and other investigation for unique situations.
  
  Job qualifications Include
  
• Minimum 2 years customer care center experience via email and phone
• Experience in Domain Name, Web Hosting, or ISP industry preferred
• Troubleshooting experience with DNS, email programs or web browsers very helpful
• Website Development, HTML or FrontPage skills a plus
• Willingness to learn new technologies Mandatory!

Flexibility with schedule is imperative! Candidates should be able to work any shift within a 24/7 window, including weekends. (Once your shift scheduled is defined, it does not rotate from week to week). We are looking for customer service driven employees that have a solid attendance history and strong work ethics.
