Successful landscape firmis looking for an energetic, highly motivated COMMERCIAL LANDSCAPE MANAGER seeking a rewarding career at ourVancouver WAlocation. The primary responsibility of the position is tobe the primary contact for clients, ensuring thatthe firmhas a sustained, long-term, loyal relationship with our commercial landscape maintenance customers. This positionis responsible for the renewals of existing clients and developing new sales to meet goals and build long term relationships with clients. This position is also responsible for the management of a client portfolio of multiple key clients, focused on maximizing revenue growth and client retention.

Job Requirements

Applicants should have:
a degree in Horticulture, Landscape Contracting or related major with a minimum of 5 years landscape experience in customer service and landscape management
excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills
horticulture knowledge, design ability, and computer proficiency
an ability to prioritize projects and work effectively in a team
the highest priority on quality, people skills, and goal orientation
a passion for landscape contracting
