WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We a re looking for competitive, self-motivated individuals who have the drive to succeed and contribute to our next level of growth. We are not looking for technical people; this knowledge is not required up front. It doesn’t matter if you come from a Marketing, Management, Finance, and Political Science, Psychology or Communications background but we do require a Bachelors Degree. What’s more important to being a success at Prodigy Resources is the inherent traits of a competitive nature, high energy and drive, ambition, resourcefulness, solution minded, leadership abilities, and strong interpersonal communication skills. We can teach you the rest and you absolutely dont need to be technical to be a top performing recruiter- well provide you with the best practices, training, and support you need to become the best in your field.
WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A RECRUITER, THEN CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER
Your #1 objective will be to place qualified technical candidates with top companies in the nation on a contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent basis. In achieving this goal, your daily activities will include:
Utilizing established proven recruiting best practices to attract qualified technical professionals in addition to finding new creative methods to source candidates.
Phone screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet the requirements for the specific job opening with our client
Presenting job opportunities to qualified candidates, discussing compensation requirements, and negotiating terms.
Conducting reference checks, office interviews, background investigations, and skills testing.
Preparing candidates for the client interview process.
Building professional relationships with contract employees through lunch meetings and onsite visits.
Networking for new business opportunities and candidate referrals.
Developing new recruiters by providing them with the training, knowledge, and best practices in order to succeed.
After learning this process and excelling as a Recruiter, we will train you as a Sales/Client Services Manager. Your daily activities will include:
Enhancing relationships with our current clients and establishing relationships with new clients.
Prospecting for new business through leads generation and referrals.
Contacting prospective and current clients over the phone, email, and in-person.
Setting up client meetings, lunches, happy hours, golfing, sporting events, etc.
If interested, opening up new branches of Prodigy Resources in cities outside of Colorado or Washington State.

Some Recruiters continue moving up the ranks into higher level recruiting positions while others choose to move into Sales/ Business Development and seek opportunities to help grow a branch or open their own in different locations around the country.
Job Requirements
1-2 years in an outside sales role1 to 2 years in an outside Sales role
