Job Description

Tacoma Public Schools - Technology Services Tech II PC technician for Tacoma School District. Responsibilities include: Providing support to district employees both via phone utilizing remote support tools and in person. Equipment typically supported will be PCs, printers, monitors, other peripheral devices and associated software. This position will provide a special focus on project deployment and ensure customers are properly supported during these deployments. Associates degree in computer science, data processing or equivalent technical training in computer science, data processing or related field and three years experience with PC and Macintosh workstations connected in a Local Area Network and Wide Area Networks environment; or any combination of experience and training which provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and ability required to perform the work.
