Business Analyst at Redmond

Job Description

1. Gather, interpret and analyze business requirements from multiplestakeholders and cross-functional teams.
2.Develop and gain cross-functionalalignment on detailed functional requirements based off the businessrequirements
3.Create user flow and call flow/web sequence diagrams tosupport business workflows.
4.Clearly communicate the business and systemrequirements to the development team
5.Create and manage requirements inrequirements management tool
6.Work with designers and stakeholders tofinalize wireframes and comps to hand over to Development and Testteams
7.Validate test cases to ensure compliance with and coverage of bothbusiness and functional requirements
8.Provide support to triage and resolvedefects
9.Validate the detailed functional requirements when environment isready to test.
10.Collaborates with Product Manager, Architect and ProjectManager to assist in making decisions for the project in a timelymanner.
11.Monitor progress regularly by actively leading or participating inproject status meetings with Project Manager.

Qualifications (REQUIRED):
•4 or more years of businessanalysis and/or production management experience
•3 or more years within last6 years focused on end customer-facing websites
•3 or more within last 6years defining requirements for internal web-based tools
•User-Interfacedesign and usability experience
•Hands-on working on a software developmentteam and project s
•Proficient at understanding cross-platform web serviceinterfaces and dependencies.
•Experience working with information technologyand functional groups within an organization
•Experience working withbusiness processes
•Experience working with both waterfall and agilesoftware development methodologies
•Organization skills, appropriateprioritization, and attention to detail is required
•Strong interpersonalskills to interact with customers and team members
•Great communicationskills (verbal and written)
•Strong analytical and problem solvingskills
•Ability to work as a team member with other senior businessanalysts
•Ability to work in a fast-pacedenvironment

Desired:
•Prior project management experience is aplus
