- Provides technical support to third party software developers and licensees
- Performs software design and programming
- Provides product support and technical assistance to other NOA departments, licensees, developers and vendors
- Analyzes technical product problems and makes recommendations
- Develops and analyzes product specifications
- Develops documentation
- Coordinates with NCL to resolve technical questions
- Up to 5% travel
Job Requirements
Summary of Requirements- One to three years related experience
- Knowledge of design and implementation of 3D graphics and/or network-related software
- Strong knowledge of software design and programming
- Strong knowledge of various hardware and software development tools
- Experience with modern CPU architectures, real-time embedded systems programming, C/C++ and Assembly language
- Technical writing skills
- Knowledge of circuitry may be helpful
- Project management skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
