Job Description:
One of the largest and fastest growing companies in the Pacific Northwest is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist. Great foot in the door opportunity to grow within our Accounting department.

Principal responsibilities are:
Researches, audits and reviews vendor invoices with discrepancies or unmatched items for adjustments, rates and corrections; follow up with vendors regarding payment status

Researches/coordinates the resolution of incorrect, missing or unclear information
Adjusts billing data as necessary
Responds to stations regarding vendor billing/inquiries
Other duties as assigned

Must be able to multi-task and stay focused.
Communication must be clear and concise facilitating ease of understanding by others; both verbally and in writing.
