Job Classification: Contract Teksystems is in need of a Senior Desktop Support technician to support a new client located in Woodinville. This candidate will act as the single point of contact for all IT related issues as it pertains to supporting 150 - 200 internal employees. Issues will range from tier 1 to tier 3 technical troubleshooting, as well as equipment deployment and server administration. This role requires an IT generalist with a wide range of skills. The ideal candidate will have a combination of excellent customer service skills as well as an aptitude to troubleshoot issues independently and a willingness to seek answers.
