Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of working with HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, and general Web 2.0 techniques
• Knowledge of usability principles, cross-browser compatibility, and HTML document architecture
• Work well in teams, respecting and welcoming ideas from partners, business stakeholders, and technical experts

Preferred Qualifications:

• Passion for creating efficient, highly usable web interfaces
• Experience with conducting A/B Testing, usability studies, and performance tuning
• Excited about technology
• Have a strong interest in learning about and playing with the latest technologies and building compelling web applications and UI
• Experience with developing and delivering solutions at a rapid pace
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-directed and capable of working effectively in a dynamic environment
