Work Locations: Bothell, WA, Atlanta, GA, Richardson, TXWe are looking for a highly motivated Project Administrator to support AT&T Digital Experience initiatives. This is an exciting and varied administrative role in which you will provide project support including assisting with preparation of project documents, performing high level quality check of project documents and presentations, organizing external and internal meetings and enter data into relevant systems of record. Work cooperatively within the team environment to achieve project success. Set-up of projects in the project management administration system in accordance with company procedures, Experience leveraging functional expertise to create a phenomenal customer experience A proven track record of successfully leading multiple concurrent projects of medium (4-8 months) and large (8-12 months) scope Think of the Customer Experience first; then align technology as an enabler Make a habit of using data and analysis to make decisions and influence others Exceptional communication and facilitation skills Thrive in ambiguous work environment Be a strong team player with a high degree of flexibility Partner with Program Manager and User Experience Lead in overseeing projects including facilitating meetings with Business and Technology Teams to assist in timely and quality project completion Assist in the development and update of project plans, schedules, and estimates Work with project management to establish deadlines for completion of project deliverables Document and update documentation for all internal system application and integration projects including user documentation Provide timely responses to all user requests Attend information gathering sessions with stakeholders and meetings with executive project management and be accountable for accurate and thorough documentation of the meeting, including taking notes during the sessions and using appropriate project and Lab knowledge and context to synthesize those notes into cohesive and understandable documents for distribution and to serve as part of the project record. Manage the Project Status Report including updates, presentation of the status report at team meetings and follow up on action items as appropriate. Support the Project in cost management reporting to ensure that costs are appropriately monitored, time is entered correctly and work breakdown structure is managed Support leadership in the development of presentations for a wide variety of audiences, including creating accurate, complete and visually compelling first drafts from very rough outline materials. Manage all document retention for project including electronic record storage in an intuitive, user friendly hierarchy, utilizing document management and sharing software such as SharePoint. Able to stand in for Project Manager and Experience Lead, when needed.Possess basic level of Project Management skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Written and verbal communication skills. Interpersonal skills to be able to interface effectively with a broad range of contacts from technical staff to senior management. Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent activities and to work successfully under pressure. Analytical thinker, with ability to solve problems.
