Site HR Coordinator JOB DESCRIPTION DATE EFFECTIVE: Open REPORTS TO:Human Resources Director JOB FUNCTION: Responsible for site level HR duties such as program administration, procedures and training used in carrying out human resource policies. Provide guidance to supervisors and employees on various human resources issues at site level. JOB DUTIES: Recruit for site level positions Utilize E-Verify to maintain documented workforce status Plan and conduct new employee orientation to introduce company vision and goals All employee information maintenance input into HRIS system including onboarding Manage day-to-day workers compensation claims, including employee/supervisor accident forms and back to work status for injured workers Time clock administrator for site Update and maintain employee files Assist in implementing personnel policies and procedures Assist Corporate in coordinating annual benefit enrollment meetings Enroll eligible employees in benefit programs and answer employee benefit questions Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment Work with employees on helping create a safe work environment, by coordinating safety committees and walk thru Coordinate site recognition activities, events and programs Conduct and track site specific trainings both company wide, and site specific Respond to staff inquiries, including employee issues, and development Support Corporate HR while working closely with the site level manager in daily operations Provide labor reports for Site Manager Work with site manager and corporate to develop a diverse work place style, creating a respectful work environment Support supervisors and managers in performance management SKILLS AND ABILITIES: High degree of integrity and confidentiality Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized and demonstrates attention to detail Exhibits objectivity and openness to others views Promotes a harassment-free work environment Positive customer service attitude and work ethic QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION: HR Certificate or Associates Degree required Bi-lingual required Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Publisher) HR Information Systems experience preferred The above is intended to describe the general content of and qualifications for the job.
