Job Description

A local manufacturer is looking for Production Assemblers to join their team. Ideal candidates will be meticulous, hardworking, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting production deadlines.
They have been in business since the 70’s and have grown tremendously since then. They offer an excellent benefit package and offer weekly attendance bonuses to all employees.

TITLE: Production Assembler
LOCATION: Monroe, WA
PAY: $11 - $12 an hour to start with a pay increase upon conversion
SCHEDULE: 6:00AM-4:30pm M-Th, potential for overtime
DURATION: Temp to Hire
HIRING DATE: Immediately

Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
• Assembling large & small parts, sub-assemblies, and accessories
• Adhering cases with silicone and/or epoxy
• Handling of materials and finished products
• Quality assurance of products

Position Requirements:
• Experience working with a variety of different hand, power, and pneumatic tools
• Ability to push, pull, and lift 40lbs on a continual basis.
• Able to read, write, and understand basic verbal/written instructions in English
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable daily transportation for scheduled hours
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check & drug screening

Additional info:
• Employees who clock in/out on time for each shift will receive a $25 bonus for every week of perfect attendance – in order to receive this, you must not take any time off or be late any day within your scheduled hours.
