Collabera Inc Is Hiring Incident Manager in Bothell, WA – This Position Is With Our Direct Client, A Global Leader in Telecom Services Like IPTV, High Speed Internet, UMTS, LTE, etc.

 

Job Title: Incident Manager

Job Location: Bothell, WA 98021

Type of Project: W2; 6+ months (contract)

Shift Time: Monday to Friday; 8 am to 5 pm

 

Job Description:

• Accurately and concisely communicate technical and relevant incident and outage information to leadership team in a timely manner.
• Ensure Root Cause Analysis (RCA) is conducted in a timely and thorough manner, and all action items and improvement opportunities are appropriately identified, prioritized, owned, and completed.
• Collaborate with Service Manager to develop viable hardening plans across all chronic areas of identified weaknesses, lead the projects towards a timely and successful completion, provide regular status updates and assist with any roadblocks.
