Zillow has arrived as a mobile destination for real estate shoppers! More than half of all homes viewed on Zillow were viewed on a mobile device last quarter. We are excited about this new way for home owners, buyers, sellers and professionals to tap into all the great information Zillow has to offer.

Were looking for a senior level software developer with strong object-oriented coding skills to join our mobile team.

Responsibilities:

• Work with a product team on the companys mobileapplications
• Be involved at all stages of application development, from UI design to final testing
• Work closely with other developers to implement serverAPIs and services to support planned mobile functionality
• Work on an ongoing basis with UI designers, ProgramManagers and Testers in a team environment
• Consistently write performance-minded, highly-readable code using OO best practices

Job Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years ofsoftware application and systems development experience
• A proven track record of high productivity inapplication, architecture, design, coding, debugging
• Strong experience with Java or C++
• Technical expertise in Ajax, XML, Web 2.0 application frameworks, tools and technologies
• Exposure to integrating RESTful APIs and web services with applications
• Ability to carry out assigned tasks with limited needfor supervision
• The ability to work in a fast, agile and nimble environment with frequent change
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Passion for Web 2.0 and mobile applications
• Experience in developing mobile consumer softwareapplications a plus
