SAP Order Processor at Redmond

Job Description

Ciber is searching for an experienced SAP Order Processor to work for our Redmond based client.  This role offers a unique opportunity to execute and drive solutions in the fun and strategic world of retail. Both our Brick and Mortar and Online Retail Store have an exciting road map including global expansion, new and diverse product sales, along with new supplier engagement models. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for all order fulfillment and order management end-to-end
• Responsible for order processing within SAP
• Responsible for continuous verification of order and inventory accuracy
• Ability to successfully solve customer order issues within SLAs
• Ability to successfully handle/escalate exceptions  (soft skills/great communication)
• Ability to successful work within an ambiguous environment and drive mature processes

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years SAP experience
• 1-2 years Ecommerce experience (preferably in retail space)
• Strong business acumen/technical with the ability to establish trust and relationships quickly
• High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with peers, internal customers, and external customers
• High proficiency with PC using ERP system and Windows products
• Must be able to work weekends/holidays
• Must have great communication skills (both verbally and written)

 

This position requires the successful completion of a background investigation and/or drug screen.
