IDN Account Manager at Snoqualmie

Job Description

Overview:

Create and win new IDN business. Create pathways for increased sales executive success utilizing Corporate Account agreements, by winning IDN Agreements/contracts, developing new product avenues, and creating unique Product introduction Strategies. Drive sales to capitalize on contracts to meet or exceed revenue objectives.Understand and support Spacelabs Healthcares mission, priorities and company values.

Responsibilities:

  • Gain committed agreements from IDNs
  • Win incremental business from IDN agreements
  • Drive incremental Patient Monitoring, Anesthesia, and Cardiology business
  • Identify IDNs which have volume potential. Establish and implement programs and strategies to assure revenue objectives
  • Call on and Represent Spacelabs at Corporate / IDN levels
  • Call on and Represent Spacelabs with Equipment planners
  • Facilitate the movement of business from hospitals, through IDN purchasing groups
  • Drive sales to capitalize on contract potential and to achieve revenue objectives.
  • Develop and maintain revenue-producing relationships at the customer CEO, VP and Director levels.
  • Participate in preparation and presentation of sales proposals and presentations.
  • Assure complete satisfaction in every aspect of client relationship and contract fulfillment.
  • Forecast requirements
  • Prepare and present written and verbal reports.
  • Conduct internal meetings with all levels within the company.
  • Ensure that company vehicle is clean and regularly maintained at all times consistent with Fleet requirements.

Job Requirements

Proven experience negotiating long term contracts with Health Care Organizations and driving sales through contracts is essential along with proven excellence in these areas:

  • Must have 5+ years verifiable IDN experience in IDN Sales, IDN Sales Management, or Corporate Accounts experience.
  • Minimum 5 years capital equipment sales experience is required.
  • Experience calling on IDNs and equipment planners.
  • IDN and/or Corporate Accounts Management
  • A proven and demonstrable track record of Spacelabs success (preferred) or general IDN Sales Success
  • Must maintain a good driving record
