In the heart of Puyallup, on a quiet tree-lined residential street, sits Life Care Center of Puyallup. On this campus, both sub-acute and skilled nursing home services are available. The facility is also conveniently located less than one mile from a major medical center and Interstate highway, and was completely renovated in 2000. Services at the Life Care Center of Puyallup include inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, IV therapy, and the highest level of nursing care.

Job Requirements
Our requirements
As an Assistant Rehab Service Manager, you must have a bachelors, masters or doctorate degree in Occupational, Physical or Speech Therapy and proper state licensure when applicable as an Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist. Experience as an Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist is also required. Supervisory experience preferred.
