Administrative Assistant I at Kent

Job Description

Kelly Services is currently seeking Administrative Assistant for a 3 month contract for a Globally Known Food Manufacturer in Kent Washington.

Location: Kent WA

Length: 3 months

Rate: $15/hr

Job Description:

This is a clerical position and in an office, performing administrative functions.

Job Responsibilities:

Will be answering the phone and scheduling the arrival of deliveries

Answering the door

Sorting and filing of daily reports

Picking up the mail and distributing (mail box is located outside on the property),

Data entry, knowledge of Word and Excel and proficient at 10-key (will not be creating in Word, or Excel just inputting data to maintain information).

Must be flexible with schedule.

Note: depending on work load, this position will be working between 20-30 hours per week
between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m Monday-Thursday or Tuesday - Friday

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills verbal and written

Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Attention to detail

Position requires organization and the ability to multi-task.
