Job Description
The Global Head of Customer Acquisition will lead the design and delivery of hibus customer acquisition strategy across all marketing and sales channels and all Geos with the objective of significantly increasing prospect conversions and new customer acquisition.
The role holder will be responsible for delivering a global channel agnostic prospect engagement and conversion plan encompassing multiple on and offline marketing channels, on and offline sales channels (including 3rd party partners) and customer service and operations interactions to significantly improve digital product acquisition volume and average spend.
He/She will work closely with senior management within Global Business Units, Sales and Sales Planning, Online, Data, Global Marketing, CRM and Technology to ensure the global acquisition strategy is delivered to plan in all markets.
The role holder will directly lead a team of 2 people, but will be expected to act as a thought and change leader across all areas of the business in the implementation of the customer acquisition strategy.
Lead the creation of the Global Customer acquisition strategy and its execution across all GEOs and sales, service and marketing channels
Work closely with the segmentation teams to design the customer acquisition targeting strategy and investment levels based on conversion propensity and future customer value/ profitability
Deliver targeted digital product acquisition rates and average spend/product holding globally, and by Geo, channel and product line
Design the global prospect engagement strategy, including integrated multi channel customer contact journeys to increase sales leads, online purchases and direct response
Engage stakeholders to agree on the acquisition strategy, including: Brand & Comms, Product Owners, Online Channel, Demand Generation, Finance, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service and Operations
Work closely with marketing, sales and online teams to design the prospect engagement strategy in each region
Ensure global CRM and Marketing Automation tools are built to deliver the prospect engagement strategy, with focus on fast benefit realization and working directly with suppliers, CRM project teams and the CRM COE
Job Requirements
10+ years Acquisition or Customer Management experience
5+ years managing teams
Technical Expertise in CRM systems - Data, Targeting tool, Channel systems
Analytical expertise segmentation, modelling
Multi channel customer acquisition campaign design, creation and execution
Experience of managing KPIs
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
