Classification: Accountant - Senior

Compensation: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year

Senior AccountantThis Tacoma professional services firm has an immediate need for a Senior Accountant to join its growing finance team. This role is open due to growth and offers a track to Accounting Manager within 1-2 years. This role will be responsible for GL maintenance, period close, process documentation, B&O taxes and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.Requirements: Degree in Accounting or Finance, 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.), strong technical accounting skills, B&O tax experience, strong communication skills, the ability to work autonomously and without supervision and a desire for professional growth.This position is offering a competitive compensation package with a base salary up to $65k, 10% bonus, 401k with match, strong MDV coverage, paid vacation and great opportunity for growth.
