Compensation: $63,000.99 to $77,000.99 per year

Robert Half is recruiting a Software Support Engineer for a Bellevue based client.In this role you will provide support, problem-solving and advice on for both internal and external customers. The ideal candidate pairs technical expertise with an outstandingly positive, ready-to-help attitude.Responsibilities include:Providing high-quality phone and email support Replicating complex customer issues and solving problems Providing a conduit between product teams and customers on issuesRecognizing and communicating product issues to the Development teamDirect assistance to the Sales team with online product questions and demonstrationsWorking with customers on case resolutionsQualifications:Prior experience in a support role in a Microsoft based environmentMicrosoft SharePoint 2013, 2010 or 2007 knowledge and experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsGeneral technical knowledge of Microsoft products i.e. Windows Server 2003/2008 Administration & Microsoft Exchange experienceNice to have : ISA, AD, PowerShell and/or WSS / SPS installation and configuration experienceIf you are interested in this role , send your resume and contact information to [Click Here to Email Your Resum]
