So now that you’re intrigued, let’s dive into the details. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

 

  • Leave a long-lasting, positive impression with every customer
  • Effectively handle 2 - 3 inbound sales/service calls per hour
  • Accurately sell, book and confirm vacation reservations in a timely manner
  • Be engaged in team meetings and/or training sessions as needed
  • Continue to learn by completing travel certifications

Job Requirements

  • Ability to delight customers and create a WOW experience
  • Talent to win customers over quickly in order to sell them their dream vacation
  • Skills that thrill: problem solving skills, decision making skills, and amazing communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Absolutely amazing customer service expertise and a desire to exceed expectations
  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm for travel; after all, we’re selling fun!
  • Super tech savvy; strong typing skills, internet navigation and proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Thirst for learning and ability to fully participate in a 6 week on-boarding and training program
  • Available to work full-time (35-45 hrs./week) based on business needs
  • We need to be here when our customers need us! Our Customer Care Representatives need to be available to work a schedule including nights and weekends between the hours of 1 p.m. EST and 3 a.m. EST, including holidays. Your scheduled hours and days off will change every 12 weeks within this time frame in order for us to best service our customer.
