The 130,000 people of Xerox serve clients in more than 160 countries around the world.If you meet the requirements of this position and want to work for a world-class company with a great marketplace reputation, apply today.The Learning Administrator is responsible for the following:Supporting over 160 classrooms, labs and conference rooms in the Puget Sound.Door-to- door classroom material deliveries and management of mail code locations between Everett and Frederickson.Supporting material delivery requests including searching out misplaced materials and processing unused paper based materials at all mail stops, classrooms and labs supported by the TDSS Group II contracts in the Puget Sound.Being point of contact for LTD material requests, maintaining a physical presence and performing duties on customers sites during on call support hours.Provide on-call support to Lead Instructors, TDSS Resource Focals, Site Services/Facilities and the TDSS Material Support POC on (Yet to be determined).Demonstrating a thorough understanding of customer service in words, appearance and actions.Demonstrating superior time management skills as required for independent field work around the Puget Sound.High level of attention to detail while maintaining and continually supporting classrooms, labs, and conference rooms.Performing with proficient skills in Microsoft operating systems XP and Seven (WORD, Excel and Outlook).Other duties may include:Maintaining training room cleanliness, order and stocking: emptying trash and recycle bins, blowing out keyboards, wiping desktops and dry erase boards, sweeping floors, organizing desktops and pushing in chairs, ensuring instructors station is arranged back to uniform setup, stocking basic supplies, installing signs, providing first aid kit support and stocking, ordering print requests through the GRP NW LTD mailbox and submitting and managing service requests for furniture, HVAC, janitorial, etc. in all classrooms identified as supporting in the master classroom database and support respirator cabinets* Handling of hazardous cleaners may be required protective gloves will be provided.Ensuring technical preparedness of training rooms: maintaining projectors, ensuring that all PCs are operational, troubleshooting both minor computer and audio/visual issues, supporting all audio equipment requests, scanning barcode CIIT equipment, organizing carts and/or projector stands and coordinating equipment replacements and setup with the CIIT focalsRequirements: Strong verbal and written command of the English language Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (WORD, EXCEL and Outlook) Strong attention to detail Ability to pick up, carry and distribute materials up to 40 lbs.
