Job Description

As a Manager Trainee, you will get the opportunity to learn the different facets of our industry while building a rewarding career with a company where you make a difference each and every day!  You will be the muscle of our Customer Accounts team, by always being dedicated to helping the customers you will coach them into ownership of their merchandise.

Duties:
Satisfy customer accounts and revenue standards.
Make contact with customers to manage all aspects of their account.

Additional Duties:
Help maintain the appearance of the showroom.
Assist in maintaining the integrity of the companys merchandise.
Assist with product returns and customer deliveries.
Demonstrate the ability to follow proven systems and standards.

Job Requirements

Fluent in English and Spanish.
Must have a Valid Drivers License.
Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in person and over the phone.
Manager Trainees are routinely required to lift, load, and use a dollies for heavy product.
Maintain professional appearance.
Must have a proven safety record, and satisfactory driving record in order to meet insurability requirements.
