We have provided services to the gaming industry since 1968, and have served gaming clients in more than 30 jurisdictions.

Responsibilities and Duties: The Financial Operations Consultant provides a variety of financial management consulting services to clients. The types of consulting services provided may include but are not limited to: financial projections, internal controls improvement and assessment, organizational structure, profit enhancement, cash management, profitability analysis studies, cost accounting, operational reviews, process improvement and policy and procedure documentation.

Primary clients are Native American casinos and tribal governments.

Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4-6 years business experience with an emphasis on the financial aspects of business operations or 5+years public accounting background
- Financial management background with experience providing a variety of financial management consulting services to clients.
- Strong internal control skills and experience in developing and improving internal control systems.
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Experience in government, bond issuance.
- Must have demonstrated the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with business associates and industry groups, including strong presentation, communication and rapport building skills.
- Ability to travel 50-75%.

Job Requirements

:
- A Bachelors degree in Accounting (preferred) or Finance
- CPA certification is a plus.
- Consulting to a similar industry is a plus.
