Carlyle Care Center, a 151-bed assisted living facility, specializes in the care of mentally ill adults. Services provided include: assistance with activities of daily living, medication assistance, meals, housekeeping, laundry, appointment coordination, and recreational activities.

GENERAL SUMMARY

Job Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Applicant must be able to successfully pass a Washington State DSHS and FBI fingerprint background check.

• This position is performed in a standing and walking position, with sitting only performed during breaks and at lunch. There is frequent lifting of items weighing up to 10 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds, and seldom lifting up to 50 pounds. There is frequent bending, pushing and pulling, and handling and grasping.
