Classification: Auditor - Internal

Compensation: DOE

Our Seattle based client is looking for an interim internal Audit Manager for a three month project helping with SOX testing and assisting external auditors with year end audit work. Must have recent SOX experience; understanding AS5, AS2 and recent PCAOB guidance. Experience must include testing and evaluating effectiveness of internal controls. Must be a CPA, preferably with experience in the Big 4 or second tier public accounting firm. Experience working with SOX in a large company atmosphere is also helpful.
