Responsibilities: This is the right opportunity for a seasoned SDET Lead that is passionate about gaming and is interested in designing; implementing; and testing innovative technologies that bring great experiences to our clients consumers. You will be an essential member of a small and highly skilled test team and work together with some of the most highly skilled Hardware Engineers in the industry.Our clients Sr. SDET Lead is responsible for developing and implementing best-in-class Automated Test Methodologies across their portfolio of market leading products.You will be responsible for:

• Ensuring that product specifications are complete, consistent, correct and operationally defined
• Ensuring that robust hardware test architecture across multiple products is developed and smoothly executed
• Performing cost benefit analysis to determine the best test methodologies or approaches for meeting the product requirements and testing new technologies
• Partitioning large hardware systems into subsystems and components which can be handled by a single HW or Test Engineer
• Generating a set of acceptance test requirements together with designers, test engineers, users, program managers, and development engineers which determine that all of the hardware requirements; technical and customer facing have been met

Job Requirements

This Sr. SDET Lead will be in a very hands-on design / testing role that is also responsible for developing and driving the test organizations vision and driving improved quality practices across the entire Engineering Team.What you get from this assignment:

• Great testing skills and the ability to co-ordinate with the Dev. and PM disciplines is required
• Strong LabVIEW development and debugging skills
• Proficiency in C, C++ and C# skills
• Be able to work independently or with a team with minimal supervision
• Great testing skills and the ability to coordinate with the Test, Development, and PM Disciplines is required
• Experience writing, designing and deploying test automation solutions
• Excellent working knowledge of test methodologies and techniques
• Must be familiar with test-driven development
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Must be self-disciplined and detail oriented
• 7+ years of experience in software testing with a track record of shipping high quality products
• A BS or MS degree in CS or the equivalent is required
