- Oversees and manages the operations of a business unit(s) with overall responsibility for the account (i.e. service delivery, sales, operations, IT, HR, facilities).
- Manages the client relationship ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Has profit and loss responsibility and overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, and recommending and implementing changes to methods for the business unit. Provides budget analysis, labor planning, problem resolution and coordination of activities between client and company personnel.
- Typically utilizes management skills more than technical skills.
- These management positions require strong technical, communication and management skills and extensive experience in managing the operations of a business.
- SBU Managers II & III generally manage multiple business units or large client accounts.
- Experience in the Airline Industry, Travel industry, SABRE or booking tool/systems highly desirable and recommended.
- Plans, manages, and controls the day-to day activities of a management team or support teams/departments that provides operational support for a business unit or group in a call center environment.
- Gathers and inputs data for IT and operational audits for the company and for the business units, must be familiar with CISO and other PCI and security type audits
- Must be MS office proficient to average or above average skill levels
- Needs to have excellent communication skills and able to interact with the client and company leadership developing presentations and delivering these presentations to leadership and the client
