Job Description
U.S. HealthWorks Medical Group was founded in 1995 and is a leading national provider of occupational medicine and urgent care services. Operating 115 medical centers in 13 states with over 2,400 employees, including approximately 350 physicians, U.S. HealthWorks serves over 10,000 patients each day. We help employers control the cost of work-related injuries through quality medical care and effective management of claims and lost work time.Work closely with the Regional Sales Consultant, Customer Service Rep, and Center Manager and Managing Physicians to maintain existing accounts and resolve any client issues. Generate new business from employers with ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Maintenance of existing accounts to ensure that client activity volume remains at least the same as prior year but with the goal of increasing it over prior year.
- Resolve any client issues and seek the aid of other center, regional, or corporate staff as needed.
- Each RAM is responsible for contacting a total of 60 different employers from a Top Employer list each month without repeating the same employer in a quarter. A minimum of 5 of these contacts must be face-to-face meetings each month.
- Meet with Top 10 clients of each center quarterly for Care Review meetings and Top 25 of each center at least semi-annually
- Introduce new and existing services to clients and potential clients, as necessary.
- Each RAM will have a Prospect List and will be responsible for generating new business from accounts with < 50 employees. The goal is to close a minimum of three accounts for injury each month.
- Participate in conducting clinic tours or attending client facility tours as needed
- Participate in health fairs and flu clinics if CSR is unable to attend and RAM is directed to do so by the RSD.
- Mine existing clients to determine if were getting all of their locations and all of their business
- Review Client Activity, Top Employer, and New Employer reports to ensure volume is consistent and that there is no negative variance.
- Document all activities including updated client info, calls, meetings, and tours in Salesforce.com
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct center tours and give presentations of USHW services
- Communicate problems or client complaints immediately to the Center Manager and/or Managing Physician for appropriate action.
- Meet deadlines for work assignments and inform Regional Sales Director of work status and progress.
- Maintain knowledge of all company programs, services, and resources available to clients.
- Work with other administrative, management and center staff to solve problems, ensure coordinated marketing efforts, and maintain a high level of quality service.
- Cooperate and enhance efforts in network-wide new account and maintenance activities.
- Make New Client packets/cold call packets, marketing packets
- Monitor inventory of marketing materials and re-order as needed
- Conduct client maintenance meetings as required or directed by RSD
- Assist with special projects as directed by RSD
- Perform related work as required.

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of all areas of our business including: Medical Center Services, Insurance Services, Preferred Provider Panels, Third-Party-Administrators/Brokers, Med-Legal Evaluations, Client Support Services, Workers Compensation Laws & Regulations, OSHA Requirements, Federal/Non-Federal Drug Testing Regulations, Safety Services & Programs.

EDUCATION
Minimum requirement: high school diploma; college graduate preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Two years experience in a similar position, preferably related to healthcare sales and/or Workers Compensation, but not required.
Computer, word processing experience, knowledgeable about Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) a must.
