Classification: Personnel/Human ResourcesCompensation: $14.00 to $16.00 per hour
A Kennewick based company is seeking a bright, articulate, detail-oriented HR Assistant with a desire to contribute exceptional customer service by recruiting and hiring talent. The HR Assistant is a critical part of the HR Team in delivering timely, accurate and professional customer service to all customers. This vital position requires an action-orientated, flexible problem-solver who will maintain a high hiring bar and assist in identifying top talent. The HR Assistant will utilize a variety of software tools to navigate the hiring process and communicate effective solutions in a fun, and fast paced environment.Responsibilities:-Interview external Customer Service candidates for the company-Identify and incline for hire candidates that fit the company Culture, Core Values, and qualificationsAssist in the collection of skill assessment testing of candidates-May assist Recruiting Coordinator with other projects and tasks as neededPreferred Qualifications -1+ year of prior HR and/or managerial experience-Prior experience with new hire orientation and on boarding new associates-Associates or Bachelors Degree-Proficiency with Internet and Microsoft Office Suite programs
