Customer Service Correspondent at Seattle

Job Description

SmartTalent is seeking a Customer Service Correspondent for a paper company in Seattle.  Successful candidate must have a high school diploma and 2-3 years of exp in Customer Service, Account Management, and warehouse distribution ideally in the paper industry.  Must work well under pressure, excellent problem solving skills and able to build a rapport with customers.  This position is full time.  Selected candidates must be able to work any day Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm with some overtime which may include weekends.

 

Positions will process and coordinate orders in conjunction with sales, customer orders, production, and shipping. 

 

Duties include but not limited to:

-  Answer phones as well as relationship building with customers.

-  Process orders and initiate cost requests

-  Troubleshoot customers’ issues

-  Process accounting credits

-  Participate in meeting clients face to face with the sales team

-  Other duties as needed.

 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Account Management in the manufacturing or warehouse distribution industry.

High School Diploma or GED required

Flexible and able to handle change

Self-Motivated and able to meet deadlines with little direction

Be a Team Player

Able to work in a fast pace and high stress environment

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Excellent Problem solving skills

Experience building relationships with customers

Strong Computer Skills

 

Position is located in South Seattle

Pay $14-$19 DOE
