Field Service Technician at Anacortes

Job Description

Superior Group is looking for Field Service Technician 3 for our Client located in Anacortes, WA for a contract opportunity.This position will operate equipment that produces 900 gpm of reverse osmosis purified water. The equipment is owned by customer and operated at their location. Operation of the system includes: complex product and service training to customers; complex maintenance on tools, test equipment, etc.; completion of documentation of operations, inspections, maintenance and repair work, and failures; complex service or systems calls and interfaces with customer personnel to provide quality service and feedback on problem evaluation and resolution. Coordinates system maintenance needs with plant operations personnel. Performs assessment of complex product/equipment performance based on field support data and recommends modifications or improvements. Coordinates additional operational support with internal customers. MVR or DMV check needs to be run to ensure that worker has a valid drivers license.
