The Company

Our client, a manufacturer of close tolerance injection molded plastic components and tooling, is seeking an experienced Plant Manager for its facility located near Spokane, WA.

The Opportunity

The Plant Manager will be responsible for all Manufacturing operations and support functions, including Customer Service, Purchasing, Logistics, and Maintenance.

Essential Job Functions for the Plant Manager

• Plan, organize and direct the manufacturing and maintenance operations which ensure the most effective return on assets
• Initiative plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital
• Achieve business objectives and production schedules, while ensuring product standards that will exceed customer expectations
• Establish group and individual objectives throughout assigned departments for problem solving and cost reduction
• Manage spending against budget and in relation to changes in production volume

Job Requirements

• 10 years experience in plastic injection molding manufacturing; minimum of 6 years in a high production environment
• Thorough understanding of injection molding processes
• A proven track record of leadership across all business functions
