Compensation: $99,000.99 to $121,000.99 per year

Robert Half is recruiting a Sr Software Developer for a Redmond based client.This position is best for someone highly driven and enjoys innovations at a small dynamic team atmosphere. Although you are initially an individual contributor, youll be expected to performance at a technical lead capacity of a typical top-rated company in the software industry. You will be given plenty of the opportunities to directly contribute to the satisfaction of our customers and the bottom line of the company. Youll succeed by demonstrating a superb quality of your design and implementation skills, a commitment to do what it takes to succeed, an effective communication style and the ability to challenge other peers to deliver and pioneer a service-oriented solution in the in-store digital media area. Key Responsibilities: The scope is really limited only by the qualified candidates technical aspiration and the ability to deliver. This includes designing, implementing and serving in the following areas: Analytical components that translate various external real-time data feed into business insights and actions. Business logic layer to support dynamic web-based user interfaces Software Development Kit and web services that exchange data with our partners Innovate and productize on technology areas as identified by existing and future patents. Requirements: B.S. or higher degree in computer science, mathematics and other technical discipline 3+ years of software development, with strong development skills using Windows 2003/2008, in most of the following areas: C#,.NET framework, Visual Studio, web services, windows forms and controls, WPF, WCF, and windows services, XML/XSL/XSD IIS, ASPX, AJAXJavaScript, , JQuery, JSON. Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and related technologies (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, MDX and AMO) Mobile development in iPhone and Android platform a plus. Source Control systems such as Team Foundation Server (TFS) or Subversion. Demonstrated working knowledge of enterprise server technology, memory management, multithreading, distributed computing and related concepts. Demonstrated history of delivering high quality products and services in a rapid, agile scrum project based ship cycles. Experience working in and improving large scale metadata-driven enterprise platform, using strong initiative and self-starter attitude, ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems in the environment, understanding n-tier architectures, administrative and management skills, high level of communication, interpersonal, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
