Branch Manager at Walla Walla

Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to be the Branch Manager for our Walla Walla branch office in Eastern Washington State. This position reports to the Executive Director.  Primary responsibilities include, client services, office management, out reach offices, client and employment issues, and quality assurance.

The Branch Manager is an important member of the home care team who directly oversees the day to day operations of the local office.  They develop and maintain relationships with the staff, clients, and referral sources.

Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Investigate and propose new business development in cooperation with Public Relations/Marketing/Operations Departments.
• Direct/Educate clients on policy and procedures.
• Develop relations with referral sources.
• Oversee placement and staffing. 
• Auditing.
• Implement and maintain Policies and Procedures for office and field staff.
• Maintain knowledge of budgets.
• Assure compliance with Federal, State and Local laws and contract requirements.
• Create processes that enforce communication, quality services, and team strength.

Marketing 

Job Requirements

• Proven ability to direct personnel, implement company policies, and self direct.
• Have a working knowledge of in-home-care service delivery.
• Desire and ability to do marketing.
• Ability to effectively communicate written and verbally with all levels of personnel internal and external to the company.
• Possess excellent problem solving skills.
• Possess a valid WA State driver’s license.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Current automobile insurance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends.

Education & Experience

• BS or equivalent training or experience in related area.
• 3+years supervisory experience.
• Experience in managing systems, processor, and people.
