Reconciliation & Research Clerk at Kent

Job Description

The BeavEx location in Kent, WA is looking for a Balancer. The schedule will be Monday to Friday from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.

This position requires the applicant to log in work received from banking centers, perform research functions which includes pulling requested items, balancing reports, and tracking errors. The ideal candidate should have Accounting experience to include balancing and reconciling

• Balances and reconciles reports, pulls items for research/processing, utilizes web-based software, copier machine.
• End of day process prepares checks for delivery to foreign items, creates shipping labels and manifest work to go to various research sites, update request clearing house and IRT cases on computer system.
• Perform other tasks/duties.

Job Requirements

HS/GED or equivalent experience required

Banking operations experience is a PLUS

Strong Research skills

Detail oriented

Ability to work at a fast and accurate pace

Excellent written, phone, and customer service skills are REQUIRED

Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and proprietary software)

Ability to perform repetitive lifting up to 50lbs

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Ability to work independently

Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug scree
